Can I return my product purchased at Bear Bens if it is not defective?
Non-defective products purchased on bearbensofficial.com can be returned to BEAR BENS for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact.

What does our warranty cover?
1. Broken Lids: If your lid breaks or you notice a leak please follow the steps to initiate a claim. A lid is considered faulty if it is marketed as leak proof but still leaks at the opening or if it leaks around the threads of the bottle.
2. Shipping related damages or issues: If your product arrives and has been dented or scratched in the shipping process please follow the steps to initiate a claim. If you use your product, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage.
4. What do I do if my product gets rust? Occasionally a vessel can have rust after usage and we recommend using a cleaning tablet first as that will usually solve the problem. If the issue persists then initiate a claim.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT THEORY, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL SIMPLE MODERN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ALLEGEDLY CAUSED BY A BEAR BENS PRODUCT. ADDITIONALLY, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED BY THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY.
Please note that if your BEAR BENS product is eligible for a replacement then your replacement will be the same size and color of your purchased product. If your product is no longer in stock then your replacement will be of similar size and color.
